"Really good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms. Basic facilities, but we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food options were good quality and well presented. Although it was a pub on a Saturday night, there were no issues with noise. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The shepherd huts are almost new and very well equipped, much larger than expected with quality fittings and underfloor heating. Lovely wooden worktops. The bed is a little high for some but fine for us. There are steps up, which you would expect. The outer hut areas have yet to see any grass, unlike a general area with oicnic benches that are grassed. Overall excellent value. "
