"Good overall but the only negative experience I had was with Oscar at the front desk. I went down around 8:30 p.m. to ask a simple question about whether food was still available at the lounge. He didn’t acknowledge me or looked at me, he was looking at his computer, browsing through a chat. I could clearly see this since I was standing to the side of the desk.
Without even making eye contact, he said, “Can you give me a minute?” in a very dry tone, even though no one else was waiting and he didn’t appear busy (continued to browse his chat). I waited a few seconds, but since he still didn’t acknowledge me or try to help, I just walked away.
That interaction left a bad impression. Guests should feel acknowledged and welcomed, even during a brief wait. Aside from that experience, everything else was fine."
