"Bathroom vanity was rusty. The toilet was dirty. The shower set up poor water splashes everywhere they need glass door not partial show door. Bathroom ventilation system is horrible the ceiling got puddle patches and started leaking when bathroom steamed up from taking a hot shower. Bedroom carpet was dirty not sure when last shampooed. Bathroom faucet worked poorly when turned on for more than 2 minutes the water would stop coming out the faucet and make loud burp sounds and go off then spray...

"The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff.
The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza.
However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good.
Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip.
We chose to sit around a non functioning firepit after...

"No in room amenities, enjoy morning coffee, no coffee maker in room, mattress was sub-par. Billing was questionable, offered in room check out, however, they never applied the Expedia pre-payment in the bill. Had to check out in person to resolve the billing issues we found to be deceptive. Not at all satisfied with Ocean."
