"I took my wife for our 39th anniversary. She had always wanted to stay downtown in a classic hotel. We were not disappointed. The room was well appointed and spacious. The coffee was good. Dinner was delicious for my steak and her fish. Special kudos for the Rémy Martin Louis XIII.
From the valet to the restaurant manager every staff person was polite and helpful. They made us feel as special as the anniversary was.
Highly recommended. "

"We were greeted by a man in a tattered sweatshirt in the main house. Then We were taken to the room in a carriage house across a dark parking lot. There were no lights in the entry and there was an sunken entry to the room we nearly fell into the room. There were remains from the previous logger including dirty glasses and trash. It was dark and dingy.
We had stayed in the main house 3-4 years earlier and went to look at an available room there. The hall carpets were stained and in bad shape,...
