"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel felt very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything smelled fresh and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance of the mall and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and stores. Very convenient and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"I have a weak back so the firm mattress was super helpful and gave me a good night sleep before a hike the next morning. There is a balcony but no view which was a bit disappointing. However, cleanliness of the room and wood floor (rather than carpets) made up for it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in that area in the future."

"I highly recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked 2 rooms a few weeks before , and then the day before I could no longer go and needed to switch it over to my husband. I called & the girl who answered the phone was so helpful and got it done & canceled the extra room within 5 minutes. She was so sweet!! I love helpful customer service & if I’m ever back in this area I will definitely stay here"

"ur family had a fantastic experience. After a fun-filled day of whitewater rafting, we treated ourselves to a delicious dinner at Henry’s Steakhouse and slept wonderfully. The following morning, we enjoyed the pool and spa before heading to APEX for the day. The combination of great amenities, excellent dining, and quality family time made this a truly memorable trip. Highly recommended!"
