"Ok"

"Hotel con posizione eccezionale. Bellissimo quartiere. Hotel bello e pulito. Consiglio"

"Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed and I have traveled a lot. First of all, they were not responsive in terms of arranging shuttle service they promised, took two days and 6/7 repeated messages down to the morning of my arrival to confirm pick up. Then they put me in room 4110, right next to the electric room, the room made a loud banging noise every couple of minutes started 5am. I called them at 6am they promised to send someone to come check the issue, I got up and got dressed...

"Amazing Service"

"Beautiful property and very clean. The staff is amazing, Zoe at the front desk was very helpful with local recommendations and explaining the accommodations. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and is very tasty. I highly recommend staying here."

"This is a very modern hotel catering to business travelers. The breakfast is very good. Note the room layout: it is not possible to use the bathroom without having to brighten the entire room."

"The property was very clean and nice. Though the room was a bit small, it was till very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. You can open a small window to let cool air come into the room and there is little noise outside during the night. The staff was excellent, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, though they could use a little more heat on the stove and the chef's noodle soup was great. Though they only had 2 washers and dryers, it was still big enough to do laundry. Overall,...

"サービス、設備ともにとても良かったです。外観は古いですが、室内はリフォームしておりとても綺麗でした。受付の方の対応もとても丁寧でアメニティも整っています。ビジネス使いにはとてもいいです。次来たらまた泊まろうと思います"

"No official lobby to check in after hours. "

"A highly cost-effective choice near Communication University, the location is extremely convenient. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier."

"最低限の設備は整っていますが、スタッフの方がいないため、チェックインもセルフです。部屋は汚くはないですが、水場の掃除はやや不十分でした。エレベーター前や部屋の前に食べかけのご飯が放置されていたのが良くないと思いました"

"Beautiful area, hotel super clean, comfortable beds and pillows…the room is equipped for American, European, Asian travelers. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel 100% The restaurant is like a michelin 10/10 food is delicious."
