Cari Chalet di Hutan Sonian

"Great place"

"We decided to stay at Sofitel hotels throughout our trip, and the experience has been consistently excellent. All the properties are beautifully maintained, the rooms are elegant, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, and the hotels are perfectly located. A wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience!"

"Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions."

"Overall, an okay stay, but the hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards. Dust behind the TV was clearly visible, suggesting that hidden areas and carpets may not be cleaned thoroughly. More attention to detail, room presentation and amenities is needed to meet true 5-star expectations."
