"The room was clean and the staff were welcoming. However, the surrounding area lacked basic amenities and infrastructure. It felt almost deserted, with most restaurants and shops closed. Although the Hanok Village was within walking distance, the journey was somewhat long, and upon arrival, the area was unusually quiet—giving it a somewhat ghost-town atmosphere."

"It was a wonderful stay. The place is perfectly maintained; it’s a lovely, typical (as I understand) hanok. The person who checks you in, I’m guessing the owner, is wonderful. I had a great sleep. The homemade tea and breakfast were incredible. Location-wise, it’s right there — the village is not big, and this stay is right on the main street. I loved every minute of my stay here. "Stayed only 1 night, nice room and bathroom. Good bed and pillows. Near bus stop, also 5 mins walk to intercity bus stop with ticketing both. "

"I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. I liked that coffee was available anytime during the day. Hot water came out right away in the shower, and having Netflix and other TV options in the room was a great bonus. The staff were all polite and welcoming, and the hotel is in a convenient spot — about a 5–7 minute drive to Hanok Village. There are convenience stores like GS25 and 7-Eleven nearby, plus a Starbucks and several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed sheet. It felt like it had a waterproof layer that made it a bit warm when sleeping. Other than that, everything was great. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeonju."
