"Charming place to stay! Very spacious rooms and beautiful views from the windows, especially at night to watch sunset. Provided home made breakfast and delicious coffee was a big plus. Location is very convenient, train and bus station within 5-7 min walk. The owner was very helpful and very friendly in giving assistance during the whole stay! Thank you very much, we had wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!"

Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. "I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday. "The hotel is gorgeous. The pool is a highlight. There are many sitting area throughout the property surrounded by flowers and under lemon trees. They regularly have live music with bar service which was an evening treat. If I return to Sorrento again, I will stay here again!"

This place runs on rules upon rules upon regulations, and the photos are doing heroic work—instead of an idyllic hillside retreat, you get a tired, austere little fiefdom that makes a Holiday Inn look like the Ritz. "I would give this place negative 5 if I could. Air conditioning is absolutely terrible and most people slept with windows and doors open. Worst air conditioning I’ve experienced and we tried two rooms and most guests experienced same thing. Also rooms are right next to busy road so all you hear all night are vehicles going bye. Window of room to road is no more than 10 yards away. Crazy! Staff, food, pool, and view were fantastic! Go when it’s not warm!"
