"WE ARRIVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM THEN WHAT WAS BOOKED, STAFF MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THIS WAS ALSO AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL MEANWHILE IT DOESNT STATE THAT ONLINE AND "DID US A FAVOR BY MOVING US TO A BROKEN OUTDATED ROOM WHICH WAS BIGGER" HOTEL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WASNT THE KINDEST. NO KINGS ROOMS AS WELL, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT"

"The bathroom had an issue with the shower we had to cover half of the bathroom floor with towels to avoid all the water to come out of the bathroom. The guy that helps with the umbrella and chairs at the beach definitely needs to know about hospitality."

"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very clean with plenty of space for us in the room as a family of 4. Breakfast offered all we could have wanted and the staff at every interaction couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms were very well decorated and stylish."

"Lo recomiento. Un excelente lugar para desconectar unos días en Sorrento, mi estadía fue de 5 días, y desde sorrento es muy fácil recorrer Positano, Capri, Amalfi, en general toda la costa. Ubicación: Cerca a una distancia caminando no hay nada, pero el centro de Sorrento queda a 10 minutos en autobus y estos pasan cada 20 min, entonces la verdad es que no hay ningun problema y el servicio de autobuses funciona hasta a la 1 am. Servicio y comunicación 10/10 siempre contestan a toda hora y...
