"The property was truly impressive… The suite was beautiful… The young lady who assisted us in registration was very known of the area and welcoming… We received a pleasant surprise which was a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary… The staff that swirled in the breakfast weee extremely welcoming and were making sure all that we needed was taken care of… Giovanni, at the reception/registration desk was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed… We will...

"Best hotel in sorrento! Beautiful views and most importantly the staff is very good"

"I feel like the pictures on Expedia representing this business was not accurate. There is no view like it shows on Expedia. You can see the tip of Mount Vesuvius if you stand in a certain location at the pool. This is extremely misleading. Our stay here was minimal as far as the room went. They never gave us a fresh bar soap, which are very small and no tissue boxes I was just getting over a cold and it sure would’ve been nice. I have never stayed at lodging where tissues were not...

"Lovely place to stay!"

"We loved our stay. Slightly out of Sorrento but that made for a lovely quiet trip but with Sorrento walking distance away. The hotel was modern, clean and with great casual restaurants close by .. but what made it AMAZING was the staff who were without exception WONDERFUL.. helpful, friendly and cheerful.. they were great. One receptionist even walked us to show us the location of a beach club and bar after we asked for recommendations.. we loved our stay and will return."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Europa Hotel. The location can't be beat. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They made you feel at home. The breakfast could be improved. Other than that we would certainly come back again."

"The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shopping and public transportation. It is very safe and quiet. The rooms are extremely clean and it looks like everything was cleaned and ironed! Its like you’re checking in a brand new room every single day! Oh and it smells so good and fresh! Their staff especially Alex, Ferdinand & Annette were very friendly and helpful giving tips, giving tips how to move around, what to eat, where to go, what to do, etc! Their breakfast buffet was also...

"Great location and very quiet. Rooms clean and spacious. The only thing lacking was a coffee maker. Had to wait for the restaruant to open, and then were charged for taking coffee back to the room. Not what I would expect for the price I paid."

"Awesome place to stay. Breakfast was great! Rosella was awesome very helpful and kind! Location was excellent close to everything. We used as a home base and travelled to positano and amalfi by public bus. Perfect! Close to all restaurants and touristy areas. Would definitely stay here again."
