"the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences."

They have no vending machines And their little concessions could even break A 10 dollar bill so I won't to wawa. They rent Their pool out for some kinda club and serve Alcohol so you have a bunch of drunken loud losers sitting their all day and of course my Room was right across from it."

"Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. "The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system.
