"Clean room. Clean bathroom. Great bartenders.Excellent front desk staff.However, elevator outage on the parking garage for 3 days is unacceptable. I am 70 and my husband is 80.
My husband with severe cardiovascular disease disease needed back surgery and could barely walk. This was quite unacceptable for us to pay Hyatt prices. I myself had my 4th back surgery last year and cannot do stairs. Walking up a steep ramp with two suitcases was almost impossible for me. We were

"We stayed for 1 night after getting off our cruise ship. The complementary break was not provided as they said because they are changing new owner, so no breakfast today. Did they not know that on the day of check in? No one mentioned anything about that. They are offering $50 back or Marriott points.
