"Check in was difficult for non native Spanish speakers. We got there around 11 PM and there was no one in the lobby. We were confused about what to do but we found a call box and figured out what number to call. Eventually someone came out to help us. The person checking us in didn’t seem interested in helping us with our poor Spanish. The room was fine but it did not look as nice as the listing. The location was nice. When we checked out we asked if we could leave our luggage so we could go out...

"O parque aquático é excelente, dá pra ver os funcionários limpando as piscinas no decorrer do dia e da noite, todavia é muito cheio em certos horários, mas como é 24 horas compensa ir de madrugada. Os seguranças estão sempre presentes em todo o parque e apesar de ter algumas atividades recreativas e música não chega a incomodar. O quarto é limpo e bem organizado , pelo preço está dentro dos conformes. Sugiro levar suas próprias panelas de indução caso deseje cozinhar e ainda levar itens básicos...

"No tiene aire acondicionado, por lo tanto hay que dejar la puerta ventana abierta para recibir ventilacion, demasiado ruido desde el exterior lo que me dificultò mucho dormir, las almohadas tienen mal olor, ropa de cama ordinaria, no tienen sobresabana."
