"Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival.
The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed.
Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight.
It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight."

"Wir hatten tolle Tag im You and the Sea. Tolles Essen, super freundliches Personal, netter Empfang und an sich stimmiges Konzept. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf aus unserer Sicht dringend einer Sanierung und Erneuerung. Sowohl in den Zimmer als auch Gemeinschaftsräumen, Gelände und Mobiliar.
Personal und Service und Sauberkeit (selbst sehr gut) leiden hier drunter!

"We were blown away by this property on arrival. It exceeded our expectations. Fabulous original decoration, very clean and everything you could need. Staff were all friendly and the breakfasts were excellent (we especially appreciated the pack up breakfast in our last day). Our large balcony was very appreciated and the central location was ideal.
Some areas need some care especially the rooftop - it would have been lovely to sit up there for the views but it wasn’t very appealing or clean....

"Het is echt geweldig!!! De huisjes zijn klein maar zo slim ingericht en een fijne luxe dat het niet klein aanvoelt. Groot lekker bed. Opklapbare badbank. Airco. Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad en heel rustig. Het ontbijt is super fijn. Het huisje wordt schoongemaakt dus dat is ook fijn als je er langer verblijft.
Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, ze helpen met allemaal tips in de omgeving, ze hebben geholpen met een was service en doen er alles aan je verblijf fijn te maken."

"Our stay at Reserva was wonderful! The room was clean and the breakfast and all-day snacks/coffee station were nice. The location was fabulous. We were also pleasantly surprised with how the hotel has perks with restaurants (for example, we got free port wine at a restaurant as customers of the hotel). We also got to check in early, which we appreciated very much."

"This was a terrific stay. the Staff was excellent and the entire hotel was super nice. Even being in the middle of Amsterdam - with the windows shut (on a weekend in the summer!) we couldn't hear the crowd below.
The room was very comfortable - it was a great two day stay.

"Mr. Anvar and Ms. Rosa are the best hosts. We were always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and restful. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden on the patio by Ms. Rosa and her helper. Our bathroom was recently renovated with gorgeous modern utilities.
We hope to come back to Portugal. When we do we would love to stay here at this location again!"
