"My room smelled like piss, it was moist and there were leakage due to the rain, I asked for a different room because I kept sneezing due to the weird smell. But the new room was also super moist. I woke up to a wet floor and my straightner was also wet due to the moisture. I had turn the air conditioning on but still, didn’t work"

"Check-in was so smooth! We were an hour early, but they took us in and in under 5 minutes too (so appreciative). The room was clean, we were given free drink/breakfast voucher, and access to the pool! The location is superb, right across the beach and close to so many delicious restaurants! Loved it!"
