"Good, clean property, staff was fantastic. Only thing I would suggest is that they invest in soft-closing hinges for the doors. Not sure if it was other guests or the cleaning staff but there was a lot of letting the doors slam and that became annoying after about 5 minutes. Minor problem but might not be to somebody trying to sleep…"

"Very nice Hotel .staff was very friendly and helpful. I would've like see them have more staff. And think it they need do better job cleaning and sweping. Look like to me maintenance had done some Drywall repair work. And didn't clean up very well. Overall I would recommend staying there. It's in nice location and sets off main road a bit. Ok only down side was No Elavor and main Bar was only open Thursday to Saturday and limited hrs in the evening "

"Clean and excellent staff , tub drain very slow and we didn’t realize till later our door didn’t lock when we left the room, nothing stolen of course but we could only lock it from the inside but we alerted the staff so it could be fixed , very quiet place and we would consider a revisit "

"Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice blankets and pillows. The building was freshly painted inside and newer parking lot. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is OK … would have liked oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. Would stay again when passing through."

"My family and I booked the room specifically so our children could enjoy the pool over the weekend. We are local, so the pool was the only reason for our stay. When we arrived, the front desk staff completed the check‑in process and only afterward informed us that the pool was closed. Had we been told this before checking in, we would not have proceeded with the reservation at all. Because the pool was unavailable, we stayed in the room for less than an hour while trying to resolve the issue....

"This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some...

"This place is so very nice. Love the whole key west vibe. Rooms are very clean and the bed we slept in was so very comfortable. The lady that was working that evening was awesome. Her name is Tammy. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. "
