"All facets of my stay were great! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was the PERFECT layout with a working/eating table, easy in and out and 24 hour coffee/tea with quite a view! Will definitely go back. Highly recommend! "

"The Jewel is our new “GO TO” hotel in NYC! Everything was perfect! The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Ariela, Krystal, Leslie and the others were terrific!
Cleanliness was top notch - the rooms were spotless and fresh, and the amenities were great. The 24/7 lounge floor with specialty coffees and teas, the gym and even the laundry room - and of course the convenient location, at Rockefeller Plaza - couldn’t ask for more!
