"The breakfast was very mediocre and the portion size was small. There was an incident with water leaking from an upstairs room and it caused major disruptions our first night. The hotel was very noisy and we needed to play white noise to sleep. The heater was difficult to get to operate. We also found hair in the shower when we arrived."

"This place was awful. The lamp had this gross crud all over it and the sheets had hair in it. They changed it out but it took hours. Then the TV didn’t work. There was no water pressure and they put us in a room right next to housekeeping storage. They started making noise at 6:30am! Couldn’t even sleep in. "

"Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood. No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features. "

It is an old, tired, dreary and run down ‘renovated’ tenament building, The sink drain didn’t work, the walls were stained and the mini fridge turned out not to be working with spoiled food in the morning. Expedia apparently did not vet this property and had the audacity to charge $212.00. I arrived at 8:00 pm to the hotel after a long day of travel. It was too late to find another nearby property.
