"This is the worst hotel I’ve checked into. We didn’t even unpack. Immediately took the kids and left. The dead bolt was busted off the door which is not safe and raises concerns about what happened in there. Paint was chipped off all over the place. There were obvious mold spots on the lamps. Totally unsafe and unclean. Do not waste your money. Stay somewhere else. Tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t even connected to make a call."

"The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place."

"I was actually pretty impressed with how clean and well maintained the room was. There is a lot of construction going on around that hotel and area so everything looks a bit of a mess. But the hotel lobby rooms , and every part of the hotel I saw were clean and orderly. You can tell whoever runs the place actually takes pride in their work."

"When is the property? The property is extremely nasty. They gave me a key. I couldn’t even get to the room. There was no parking. I gave the key back and I left. I did not stay and I would like to get my money back. Thank you."
