"Perfect location for a family with small kids to stay while visiting the zoo and children’s museum. My husband and I stayed with our four girls and they loved the pool and breakfast buffet. Our room had a king size bed and full size pullout couch and there was room for our three year old to sleep on her little cot and our 1 year old’s pack and play. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay again! "

"Bathroom needs upgrade. Tile in shower needs replacement and repairs. Dirty around base where shower door track is. Bed is not comfortable. Hallways are old looking. Only 1 of 3 elevators were in service during our stay. Overall the hotel needs an update. Front desk staff was friendly helpful and courteous. Bathroom sink was cracked. On the 8th floor there was a continuous machine wiring sound all the time. Sounded like maybe the AC units on the roof."
