"Nothing worked. The internet was down 90 percent of the time , the thermostat was detached from the wall and was not operational The bathroom tiles were off the wall and had been repaired using tape. The toilet barely flushed There was no business center. There was a distinct smell of mold and decay The pictures of the room had definitely not been taken of the room I was assigned The staff they needed to polish the room up ."

"Inn at Whittier was a great find. It's conveniently located right after the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and right next to the dock where you leave for the glacier cruise. The property is very cozy and clean. We were surprised by the size of our room and the great view from the windows! The staff at the inn and their restaurant were so nice and friendly. The food was excellent too. Everything was great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Whittier. Great value for the price."
