"The staff were excellent, helpful and many of them seemed genuinely happy to say hello and good morning (even at 6 am!). Some of the guests were kind of loud throughout the night and some loud cars on the road outside, but that feels like the luck of the draw really. The actual in was very pleasant and pretty comfortable. "
"While the property is older and a bit tired, the bedding and towels were beautifully clean. The free breakfast, which was hot and cold, was brilliant. Shuttle service from airport and then to train station worked perfectly for us. It is also available to go elsewhere. Staff were really helpful. There is a restaurant on the same property which was handy as the hotel is not central. Happy to stay there again if we ever come back. "
"We didn't feel the area was that safe and i would even say this for downtown Anchorage. There were many homeless people and it was very sad. Some seemed agitated."
"Modern and clean not run down and tiring looking like most Alaska properties. Very convenient location to restaurants and attractions, on a nice day ! Breakfast buffet is available if you choose to do so but we went to a grocery store and stock up the fridge and itemize microwave they provided . Very impressive for what Seward has to offer."
