I received a call an hour before check-in that it still wasn't working even though that card had been working just fine. "The staff was nice and the parking lot is well lit so it did feel safe. The room was clean, but it had a strong odor of mildew. You could see water damage along the bottom of the wall so I assume that is where the smell was coming from."

"We enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and left early due to an early surgical procedure we had to be there for. My only complaint is that in my rush to gather our luggage and get to the OPC I left my pillow behind on the bed. I called them and went by there a few times and as of yet it hasn’t t been found. I don’t understand why it wasn’t turned into the lost and found by housekeeping."

"The back door continued to have a rock to keep the door open at different times day and night I have moved the rock. The web site from expedia said there was breakfast and this was not completely true. It was a grab and go which should not be listed as a breakfast. I muffin and one other item was in the basket to pick from. The bed was hard as a rock. The noise from the person upstairs from me continued until after midnight and started back up at 7:20 in the morning."

"The staff was great but the property had some real issues. I found a hugh dead roach on the floor in the conference room and when I woke up one morning in my room there was another one crawling out from under the sink in the bathroom. The "Starbucks" on-site has very limited options. The hotel had this damp smell and the mattress was lumpy. This property needs an upgrade and proper treatment."
