"Overall, we were disappointed with our hotel. On the plus side the staff was helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast bar, and the hotel was quiet. The coffee maker didn't work but was replaced when we reported it. The front door closed with difficulty but the maintenance man got that repaired. The bottom drawer of the dresser was broken, and both the towel bar and toilet paper dispensers were broken. There was no knob on the closet door to aid and opening and closing. We also spotted a few ants but...

"Property and room very clean. Occasional road noise during night - in all fairness not something property has control over as well as I am a light sleeper. Front desk staff were great. Complimentary cookies and water were a great touch! Great value."

"We waited 20 minutes for a staff member to show up to check us in. We called multiple times from the lobby trying to find someone. When someone did finally show, we were recharged for the room we had already paid for through Expedia. When we asked about this, the staff member said it was for incidentals but the next morning we asked a different staff member, and we had indeed paid twice for the room. Now we have to wait 3 to 4 days to be refunded."
