"This is a great resort for a family holiday. As you can use other Lacroma facilities in the area there are plenty of pool options including indoors. Plenty of variety if staying full board but limited plant based options. The kids club is fantastic. Getting around with a pram is not the easiest - you need to walk down a road to get to the kids club, otherwise you need to navigate stairs - this would be easy for them to fix. Cups and glasses were seldom cleaned in the room, and I think the hotel should really consider public water dispensers. Overall a great holiday but some ideas for the hotel to improve further."

"This was beyond my expectations. Went for a birthday weekend and was treated like royalty. Staff even brought me a small birthday cake at breakfast. Their attention to detail was superb. My only complaint was that the gym was not open 24hrs. Other than that they really knocked it out of the park. Phenomenal!!! Grazie!!!"

"Immaculate. The rooms were sizable and maintained. They were a little bit dated, but the size of the rooms in the balcony and the amenities is more than made up for the rooms design being perhaps a decade old. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was big, the kitchen was huge. The accommodations were absolutely wonderfully comfortable!"

"Really nice hotel, perfect distance from Old Town, the No6 bus service (5 min walk from hotel) is very convenient. Overall a good stay but found a member of the front desk very unhelpful when we were looking for general information"

"Great hotel! Facilities were great, pool bar staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of sunbeds & a nice pool. Rooms were great, so was the breakfast & the bar had a relaxed atmosphere. It's in a perfect location with sea views but just a short walk into the town."
