Me was the stomping when walked all night. Had problem sleeping with me noise. I even went up stairs and asked if they could normal and the answer I got waz to mind my own business. When I come back I want a third floor room."

"The best thing about this property is the location, meaning it’s close to Smith College and a nice walk to downtown (if you don’t mind a relatively long hilly walk, which I like). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The negatives were a somewhat absent and disinterested staff, a lingering smell (unpleasant) throughout the hotel (I opened the windows in our room to alleviate the smell), and the overall tired look of the facility - cracks in the ceiling, peeling...
