"The boutique hotel had a great breakfast and delicious items each day. The staff was very helpful and we loved the 12 Spirits Tavern on site. Chris was a very wonderful host and found the inn charming. Chris, the owner is very hospitable and friendly which makes the overall experience better."

"Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again."

"Safe place a short ride from downtown."

"Lovely home with lots to appreciate. The fountain room was very comfortable & spacious, however its right over the front door, and the doors start slamming and shaking the house around 7 or 8 am so maybe not the best option if you like to sleep in. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, ac was pumping, staff was helpful & location was convenient."

"Really cool old house in a nice neighborhood, host was very polite and accommodating and breakfast was delicious every day. In room bathroom and shower was VERY small but my wife and I found it charming. Wished there was a mini fridge in our room, but the window ac unit was appreciated!"

"I think I was charged twice for this room. They could not find my Expedia reservation"
