"I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Nice bar area in the connected Lockwood restaurant. The staff was great, as was the location. 4 elevators made going up and down very efficient. Had a view of a parking garage which isn’t the end of the world. Also received an unexpected early check in which was great!
I did go to grab ice and noticed there was no ice machine on my floor, went to another floor and that ice machine was out of order. I was also unaware of the $250 deposit on a $500 stay which is charged at the time of check in. I wasn’t able to find any notice of this in my booking emails, however the front desk agent was kind enough to reduce the deposit to $100 which was very appreciated. Water pressure was was low but I live in Michigan surrounded by fresh water, so perhaps that’s my bias.
As stated I really enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again. "
