"Breakfast wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. Shuttle service was great. Fan had a lot of dust on it in the room and was hanging off of it. Sheets felt like they had sand in them as if they hadn’t been cleaned."

"Upon arrival, there were hidden fees that were not disclosed while booking. And upon departure, there was a destination fee that was not mentioned at the beginning. Cesar at the front desk was horrible when I inquired about the fees, he told me that I did not have to come back to the hotel!! He was very mean and ugly. The room itself was really nice. Although, the housekeeper opened my door with the "Do Not Disturb" Sign on it to clean. Ron, the Bellman was extremely courteous and helpful! But I do not think I will stay there again."

"The facility itself was fine. Included breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. The shuttle is a bit of a joke. You call the number and pick the shuttle option but it’s just a recording to say to call the hotel. You call the hotel and just wait on hold forever. We ended up just taking a cab. "

"The property had a lot of litter around it, especially in the bushes around the hotel. There was even an old air conditioner thrown in the bushes."

"If you’re looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay ahead of your cruise that has some charm to it, this could be the place for you. Automated check-in and out, nearby restaurants and close to both the cruise port and the airport make this an easy choice. The resident cat that roams the courtyard is a nice add to your stay, along with the tiny lizards who guard the courtyard. I’d stay here again!"
