"Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"

Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

"The room was clean but very cold. We could not adjust the air conditioning. The bathtub drain did not work. The staff fixed that. There was a list of tasks the housekeeping staff were supposed the do, but didn’t. For example, the coffee was not refreshed for our second morning. They didn’t make the bed. On a different topic, there were two night stands but only a reading light on one. The coffee at breakfast was good, but the oatmeal was watery. The cheese omelets were okay. One can’t...

"Stayed six nights. After not cleaning the room the first two nights, I asked the every day when got back from work to please clean that next day while I was working, they said at office they "sorry it wasn't cleaned yet, we will make sure and have it cleaned tomorrow ". Well that never happened, my room wasn't cleaned the whole Stay."
