" Avoid This Hotel – Failures at Every Step Rating: 1/5 Stars The service here is nonexistent. It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there: • The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was "on the way," I was left stranded for an hour and a half. • Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room. • Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman "fixed" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning. They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very nice. Our room had some noticable road noise being very close to the highway. Room was not checked daily to empty the garbage or bring clean towels. I suppose you need to request these basic services daily. Breakfast bar only open till 9am not 10am as i am accustomed to at other hotels."

"We were very pleased. Very family friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet was really good. After spending the day at the children's museum it was nice to come back mid afternoon, kids swam and mom/dad relaxed. Having dinner at the hotel and cocktails ended a perfect day. "

"The property & rooms were clean, staff friendly. Having restraunts and coffee shop were perfect. I stayed by myself, traveling from the other side of the country. I had everything I needed with out having to leave the hotel. Travelled to attend a tournament at the convention center. Which was a walk away"
