"We regretted our stay at La Quinta. There was obvious damage to doors and windows in our room that made it clear that the room had not been well maintained. Even worse, our AC didn't work, and it would randomly make loud rattling noise throughout the night. The sink and shower didn't drain. When I tried to talk with a the front desk about the room's issues, I waited for a staff member for 10+ minutes but no one was there. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay."
