"Booked a room for one night. I was greeted at the desk by a very nice young man who was very professional and courteous. The halls smelled sweet as of plug in air fresheners. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were firm like I prefer. The tub and shower were a bit meh. The curtain rod was loose and the shower head sprayed water like needles on your skin. The water was a bit cool for my liking. Breakfast was cold and the lobby where you ate was very cold as well. They could have done better there. The outside of the building was a bit dated and needs refurbished. But over all for what it’s worth, the price was pretty good for what we got. Lots of potential restaurants to visit close by. Just watch out for the potholes going in and out of the parking lot. No hot tub either. "

"We loved everything about our stay! There’s a coffee shop on site and a lot of restaurants right across the street in The Garage. You can walk to multiple stores to shops. The rooms are super spacious, beautiful with high end touches and they have thought of everything to make your stay the very best. We look forward to staying there each time we come back to Indianapolis. "

"Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother. "
