"Just be careful of what tower you’re in. When I initially booked the room online, I thought everything was fine. When I went to check in, the representative offered me a room upgrade saying that I had booked the oldest tower in the hotel than nothing had been done too. It cost me an extra $50 for an upgrade, parking was also $25 as well as an added hotel fee that I had to pay at the hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were respectful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and were always happy to assist whenever needed. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Don't bother with the breakfast if you're not going to eat eggs, bacon, and sausage. The grits tasted awful and the waffles were soggy and the pancakes tough. I did have a nice muffin, but I did not feel I got my money's worth."
