"Seen a few mixed reviews online but unsure why after staying. Room was clean, a little dusty but smelled nice upon arrival and was very spacious. Noise from the rock city venue nearby can be heard from your room but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. You get your own kitchen area with a toaster, microwave and oven. "This property is such a gem. It is better than the pictures. The room was quiet and clean, with superised nice ocean view. The breakfast was super. It has a nice restaurant. I believe eating lunch or dinner here will also be very nice. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was fantastic, easy to find and a stones throw from Nottingham city centre (5 mins walk) and more specifically the Rock City music venue. The room was large, comfortable and Appt 1 which we were given feels very private having its own access at the back of the building. We also really appreciated the friendly staff at reception who could not have been more helpful and got us safely into the car park and gave clear instructions for a smooth checkout process. "The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. "
