"There are no humans here to help you if you have an issue. You have to interact with a chat bot that is useless. The check in process took so long and was so confusing. Only two pillows provided for two people. I have a bad back and need another one to put behind my back and the chatbot refused to lend me one. The bed was rock hard. I did not sleep here and woke up constantly throughout the night. There was hair on the bathroom walls and overall it seemed to have a dirty/hadnt been thoroughly...

Everything one might need was readily available, including a convenience store, luggage storage on the ground floor, and a washing machine within the room. Additionally, a 24-hour laundromat was conveniently located at the entrance."

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."
