"Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Hotel as a whole was clean but seemed a little confusing to find the right elevators."

"We were slightly disappointed with our stay here. Although we booked a nonsmoking room, there were several times when we could strongly smell smoke, which made things uncomfortable for us. The room also did not appear to be fully cleaned as several snacks and fridge items had not been restocked, there were fingerprints on the windows, and there was an unusual pink liquid running down the shower wall. We also found hair in our room service, which was very offputting. That said, the view of the fountains were spectacular. Overall, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again."
