The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke. There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer. "
