"While the location is good (just a 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill mall), the hotel needs a good refurbishing. The interior has shown much age, the doors cannot close properly. Most crucially, the water is not clean (frequent yellow/brown water is seen from taps) and needs to let it run and flush away before being safe to use."

"Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...
