"Great location for a lot of sight seeing! The self check in kiosks did not work for us but someone was able to help us check in the “old fashioned” way. They were out of key cards so we only got one instead of the usual two. The room was surprisingly spacious (we had a family one). The bathroom door was annoying because it closed quite forcefully on its own and couldn’t be kept open. The bathroom is really only big enough for one person at a time. The bathtub was kind of tall to get into, and slippery (my daughter slipped and fell) so be careful. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good enough, and my kids loved it (who doesn’t love buffets?)"

"Fantastic views everything I expected and more beautiful room upgraded to a suit which was a amazing surprise staff are helpful and polite room was spotless views of London are incredible all in all a ten out of ten experience."

"This hotel is in a great location and close to public transport - London Bridge and Tower Bridge trains, tube and buses. The studio was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again"
