"The room was just ok. I had stayed at another property at Park Plaza Westminster before. This Riverbank property was not as nice; particularly the bathroom shower in my room was not clean ie the shower had soap scum and evidence of dry rot adjacent to the door . The staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good; some items especially the fresh fruit were in short supply. Overall a good stay."

"This was an amazing stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday with our grandchildren. We were kindly given a room upgrade on arrival which was amazing. They have made check in a pleasure. The kids loved it. Breakfast was good. Staff throughout the visit were fantastic. Great hotel. Highly recommended."

"The bed sheets were clean and crisp. The bed itself was ok, I’ve slept on worse. Plenty of plug sockets in the room. The shower was hot and powerful, absolutely fabulous. The accommodation itself was in need of sprucing up, new carpets and paint are needed. I loved the breakfast. Plenty of different options and nice coffee. Perfectly located for sightseeing."

"Absolutely loved staying in the Sea Containers hotel. Great location. The breakfast was amazing, only problem with it was when I asked for a freshly made waffle at breakfast, I was told they were only for children! since when have adults not been allowed to eat waffles in this world?"
