"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."

"Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Decor around the hotel is modern, and staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, few minutes walk from Waterloo Station and Lower Marsh which is great for street food and drinkies! We managed to get an upgrade to the upper floor room and the views were spectacular. I've stayed in this hotel before and wasn't disappointed, second time round I still love this hotel! We will be back!"

"Great hotel on a 4 day trip to London. Clean room with a great view and friendly staff. For West End Stage school ideal as it’s around the corner. Shame there’s no pool but a good choice in London for a reasonable price. Good location on the Southbank if you like walking. Easy access to the Shard, Covent Garden and Trafalger Sq"

"Location is perfect. Room is clean and staffs are nice. Room facility is practical. Breakfast is with good value and quality. But the pillows we used are not as comfort as other hotels in same level. Overall, the hotel is good choice."

"A clean room with good A/C, plenty of towels, a small fridge, and a pretty view of the Shard. What is not to like. The front desk even helped me when I needed a bottle opener. I would definitely stay here again. Near a lot of great restaurants and galleries."
