"The entrance feels somewhat chaotic as there is a children’s destination at that level with many children unable to distinguish between their surroundings and the hotel reception area. There beds in the rooms are comfortable but a number of items were neglected. Our tv remote never worked in the living room and the phone needed to be changed. Similarly the shower had issues with the shampoo dispenser. The hotel is well located and the door staff are helpful."

"Would thoroughly recommend this hotel ideally situated for sightseeing with a lot of landmarks in walking distance. Room clean and quiet with air conditioning which was welcome in the present heatwave. Staff very friendly and helpful and a shout out for Alex who booked us in!"
