"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"

"The room needs a good clean very dusty. Two of the walls in our room 407 really needed replastering but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We went for a meal in the restaurant and had to go and fetch someone to serve us then had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks and only then when once again we went and fetched someone. The staff were very apologetic and helpful."

"The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful with any questions I had. The location of the hotel was great for the London Eye and the parliament buildings. It was only about a 12 minute walk to the Bakerloo Line which opens up the city to explore. Nearby Archbishops Park was a nice place to sit and relax. I would stay here again."

"A long weekday stay when catching up with my older sun. Great location for sightsee, the infinity pool on the 52nf floor has amazing views of London. Good breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommended"
