"Super friendly staff. It’s conveniently located close to the Waterloo station. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but I’m rarely in my room when visiting London anyway. I’ve only had smaller rooms there but they fit my needs perfectly. Again, the staff is a complete delight and make you feel right at home. "
