"The clerk at check in (don’t know his name) was friendly, courteous, and helpful. When we asked for additional blankets he provided them promptly and brought them to the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Don’t know if I’ll be back in the area again but would consider staying here again if I am. "

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. They accommodated quickly with a room accessible by elevator when I mentioned that I had surgery and couldn’t take my luggage up the stairs. The parking garage had an entry/exit ramp that was tricky for big vehicles to go through. They offered to park my van and bring it back. When I decided to do it myself because I had to get my luggage, they (Fred from the front desk) offered to send someone to guide me. I was able to manage parking and taking out...
