"I recently stayed at an IHG Avid hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. During our five-day stay, our room was never serviced. Upon arrival, there was a soap scum ring left on the shower ledge, and due to the lack of housekeeping, we ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to maintain basic cleanliness.
Essential items such as hand soap, bath soap, tissues, and toilet paper were not replenished after the initial supply was used. Bed linens were never...

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed.
The room had a dog odor. The doors, floors and walls were completely dirty. I didn't sleep well old mattress. I would like my money back. My visited to Memphis was for the funeral of my brother. All the hotels were sold out. I complained to the front desk.

"This place was a mess. Walls were super thin. Could hear everything and everyone around us. The bathtub was stained and/or dirty. Went to the pool area where there was a ceiling tile out and laying on a table. Next we went to the hot tub which had very cloudy water, no jets working and s huge whole open in side of wall. Beds were very soft, towels had a yellow tinge. All the time we were there a big cart full of tools was in the hallway. This place is not worth your time AND Expedia charged...

"Great value for the room price. Excellent location. Clean, although my room had a damp smell. Staff present for a smooth check in. Disappointed no staff were present the two times I stopped in the morning. Breakfast area is clean and inviting. However, the food was subpar. Fruit was not fresh and the coffee lukewarm. I will stay at this property again and trust my experience wasn’t typical."
