"Pros:
Close to the beach. Rooms are clean and cozy. We had enough room to move our luggages around. Location is convenient as it's close to the International Market and the main waikiki strip. Beach Candy offers free rental supplies of beach necessities such as umbrella and chairs, definitely a perk! Staff are accommodating and pleasant.
Cons:
You have to request to have your room cleaned everyday or they'll do it once every other day. They don't change the beddings, only fix it. We had to ask for towels consistently. There were days when the hotel had a shortage of towels and we had to use beach towels. We had to ask for refills of toiletries as staff don't check whether supplies are running low or out. Housekeeping's always busy so they don't answer the phone often. It would be great if you can have more than 2 front desk staff checking in and checking out guests as the hotel is always busy."
