"Windows in our room leaked, the put a towel in it. We finally removed it when it started smelling musty. My husband fell off the platform out front, it took forever to get someone to help. Front desk employee who was just leaving work came over to help. She had to call repeatedly for someone to come assist us. They took a report gave him an ice pack and a band-aid. No further communication to check on him. Sliding door was hard to lock, kept blowing open during the storm. Not enough chairs by the pool, pool was cold. Other pool was closed. No special pool for adults only. I could go on with more but will just say, I will not stay there again. "
