"Everything about this property is brilliant, its not too far from anywhere, the rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, an OLED flatscreen tv, a cooler, AC, and a modern bathroom. When you want to sit outside on their front porch there is alot of room, 4 tables with umbrellas to provide shade, and a couch. the customer service was also brilliant. "Do not stay at this property. Unless you are ok with staying at a youth hostel. There were no amenities the room was not clean the website looks nothing like the actual rooms. there is no elevator and customer service was the worst on earth. Room keys don't work, no security latches on door, no hot water that worked properly. Staff said "this is on a pump and its the same for every room, it is what it is."
Run far away from here."

"Great place, PH3 terrace is awesome! One of the chairs was rusted and one of my guests fell right through it.
Pool and hot tub were great. The check in process was easy and nice.
Only complaint is the rollaway bed did not level so we just used the sofa bed. Great location, within walking distance to everything.
