"Room was super tiny. Not sure why they let you book it for 4 people when there’s only 2 beds. I thought there was at least another couch or convertible chair to use for one more person. Advertised a microwave oven that apparently broke the day before we stayed. Had to eat dinner cold. Otherwise everything else is great, especially the location and the fact that they can bring your car for rental just in front on the hotel. "

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Location is good. A couple of nits prevented staff from getting 5 stars. First, the bell hop who brought up our luggage clearly wanted a tip and even after my wife gave him 1000 yen, he seemed to be waiting around to see if we would give him more. Since we only paid 1500 yen to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the tip already seemed excessive considering the no-tip policy in Japan. Also, even though the maid changed our towels and made our beds, the floor was not vacuumed. The in-house massage was also way over-priced. I was able to get one within a short walk from the hotel for less than 1/3 the price."
